We had a great weekend getaway in Boston. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a beautiful park and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The valet parking service was convenient and well-priced. The check-in process was friendly and we even received a complimentary upgrade. We loved the variety of food and drinks offered in the lounge, especially the evening dessert and drinks. The staff was attentive and pleasant throughout our stay.

We encountered some issues during our stay. The fitness area was under construction, so we had to walk to a separate location for access.

they did not have taxis waiting outside and couldnot call one. They had to whistle for one passing by. As they are on a side street not that many pass buy. Also the area is not as nice as others in the city

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a club level offering delicious food and attentive staff. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly accommodating. The location was ideal, right in the center of the theater district, allowing us easy access to shows and attractions.

I appreciated the hotel, its spotlessly clean room and accommodating staff. Booked a room on lower floors. The location was great, at a moderate distance from a public park. Took a walk around city center, located not too far away from the venue.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy access to the fitness center, basketball court, and pool. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel staff did not inform guests about the ongoing strike, causing some inconvenience to unaware guests.

Although the hotel provided many luxurious amenities, the surrounding area was grungy and unpleasant. This issue is minor and does not take away from the excellent service, restaurant, and conference areas.

As a family of three, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ritz in Boston. The one-bedroom suite was spacious and had a separate living/sleeping area, perfect for our needs. The bed was heavenly, the room modern yet classy, and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and coffee places. The overall cleanliness was top-notch, and we were particularly impressed with the accommodating and welcoming attitude towards our dog. The club level food was delicious, and the staff there provided exceptional service.
